Refund Policy

Returns are available for both defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Only new merchandise qualifies; when there is no defect, it must remain unused and in original condition. Faulty, damaged, wrong, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products can be reviewed without limiting mandatory legal protections.

Starting and sending a return

Send the order reference, checkout email, reason, and any problem photographs or video to sabudeenbhagvan7017435139@gmail.com. Do not mail the item until approval. The package contains a free prepaid return label. Following approval, use that enclosed label and the verified instructions; ask us for assistance if the label is absent. We provide the proper return destination for the request, which may differ from the correspondence address.

Costs and outcome

No restocking fee is charged. For an eligible mailed return, the enclosed prepaid label means there is no label cost or related return-postage cost to the customer. A replacement depends on review and current inventory. After a refund is approved, it is processed and initiated back to the original payment method within 10 days. The financial institution may require more time before the credit appears.
