Shipping Policy

At checkout, the destination, carrier availability, and items in the cart determine whether Stationary Chairs, Stadium Seats, Accessories, Rockers, Portable Shade, Tables can ship and which delivery fee applies.

Two separate delivery stages

We generally need 1–2 business days to prepare an order after payment has been authorized successfully. From dispatch, the carrier's expected travel time is 4–6 business days. Applicable holidays and weekends are outside these business-day estimates, which do not promise a particular delivery date.

Following a parcel

Review all address fields, including apartment or unit information, before placing the order. Tracking updates are shared when the carrier provides them.
